Working in the capacity of Vice-President, Global Alliances, at Research In Motion Limited (RIM), Jeff McDowell currently leads the Corporation’s Alliance program, which is accountable on a global basis for partnering with Independent Software Vendors, Solution Providers and System Integrators to further the BlackBerry platform through the deployment of applications and service offerings.

Jeff holds an honors’ business degree and joined RIM in 2002. Prior to joining RIM, Jeff had worked with companies such as Rogers Communications, Compugen Systems, and Bell Canada (Nexxia) in business development and senior sales positions. As Manager, Wireless Data Solutions at Rogers, Jeff helped launch the first BlackBerry solution in Canada as well as many other various pioneering wireless data technologies.
